1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every Noblfort™ order is carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged before shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days

  • During holidays, promotions, or peak shopping periods, processing may require up to 5 business days

🚚 Shipping Fee

  • We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD per order

Shipping fees remain the same regardless of order size or destination.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier operations.

Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may require 1–3 business days to activate after shipment

  • Temporary pauses in tracking updates are normal during transit

  • Your package may still be moving even if updates are delayed

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country are the responsibility of the customer

  • Noblfort™ is not responsible for customs-related delivery delays

  • Import charges vary depending on local regulations

Most small automotive accessories typically clear customs without significant additional charges, though policies differ by region.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter processing quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

If you need to:

  • Update your shipping address

  • Correct order information

  • Cancel your order

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Please send clear photos of the packaging and item within 72 hours of delivery

  • Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable

🚚 Lost Shipments

If a package is officially confirmed lost by the shipping carrier:

  • We will provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost
